Luis Resendiz spent years working in the field — landscaping, remodeling, construction, and painting — before moving into sales and customer service. That gave him a firsthand view of both sides of the business: the job site, and the sales call that got the job in the first place.
In 2025 he built VR Connect from the ground up, learning the CRM, automation, and website systems himself. He started it to give business owners like himself their time back — and because he knows contractors don't need to work harder, they need a better system working behind them.
